NIBROC festival moving back to Main Street

After a three-year absence, Corbin’s annual NIBROC Festival will be returning to Main Street in 2017.

NIBROC organizers are hoping returning the vendors to Main Street will help bring back the crowds like this that attended the Starship concert in 2012. More vendors and a larger carnival may provided the needed revenue to book major entertainment once again.

At Monday’s special called meeting of the Corbin City Commission, the commissioners voted 3-2 in favor of returning the vendors to Main Street.
