Naomi Jean Bird

Naomi Jean Bird, 66 of Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday April 19, 2017 at her home.

She was born  January 14, 1951 in Louisville,  to the late Gillis Brassfield and the late Lilian Elswick Brassfield.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two sons Jesse Robert Bird and Damon Allen Bargo, two sisters Martha Brassfield and Sharlet Ramadean Faulkner, and brother Hoyt Kay Brassfield.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Bird Jr. of Williamsburg; daughter, Barbara Jeanett Anderson (Jason) of Williamsburg; two sons Dennis Dale Bargo and Donnie Edward Bargo (Jeri); two grandsons, Jesse Bargo, Elijah Bargo and several grandchildren; sister Sharon King (Carlos) of Indiana; three brothers Ronald Brassfield (Pat) of Williamsburg, Roger Brassfield (Eura Mae) of Corbin; Gillis Kyle Brassfield (Sue) of Michigan, several nieces and nephews, brother-in-law, Ralph Faulkner of OH.

Funeral services were held Saturday April 22, at Pleasant View United Methodist Church with Rev. Chris Basil officiating.

Interment was in the Pleasant View Cemetery Moses Addition.
