Parsons indicted for capital murder, could face death penalty

Paul Parsons was indicted Monday on two counts of capital murder and burglary in connection with a June 7 double shooting.

Prosecutors haven’t decided whether they will pursue the death penalty against a Corbin man, who was indicted Monday morning for capital murder.
