Gloria Mae Croley Hamblin, 63, of Hughes Lane, Somerset, departed this life on Friday, March 30, 2018 at her home.
She was born on July 10, 1954 in Whitley County, to the late Wymer McKinley Croley and Myrtle Marie (Sego) Croley.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Claude Croley.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, David N. Hamblin of Somerset; two children, Stephanie Burton (Chris) of Marshfield, MO and David J. Hamblin (Barbara) of Somerset; two grandchildren, Trip H. Hamblin and Joplin J. Hamblin of Somerset; six sisters, Mavin Thompson of Mobile, AL, Joyce Balow of Michigan, Shirley Haley of Bronston, Sarah Rose of Williamsburg, Barbara Harrison of Corbin and Brenda Jones of Williamsburg; brother, Dennis Croley (Sue) of Corbin; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday, April 4, at Croley Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester officiating.
Following the service she will be laid to rest in the Steely Cemetery in Redbird.
