Corbin Police investigating robbery at Books-A-Million

Corbin Police are searching for the man who robbed Books-A-Million in Corbin Saturday night.

Corbin Police Capt. Coy Wilson, the department’s Public Affairs Officer, said just before 10 p.m., a masked man came into the store armed with a knife and demanded money.

The robber wore a black trench coat with a hooded sweatshirt.

He was seen getting into a green pickup truck.

Employees were unable to get a license plate number.

“The truck was seen going behind Trademart,” Wilson said. “We don’t know where it went from there.
