Melissa Amber Preston, age 37, of Fairborn, Ohio, departed this life on Friday, July 16, 2021 in Fairborn, Ohio. Melissa was born on November 16, 1983 in Fairborn, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donie J. Preston.
She is survived by three children, Kayla Leach of Centerville, Ohio, Michele Brackett of Oviedo, Florida and Tyler Brackett of Oviedo, Florida; parents, Sharon Stanaford of Fairborn, Ohio and Donald Preston (Denise) of Dayton, Ohio; sister, Mackenzie Darby (Kenneth) of Riverview, Florida; nephew and niece, Bradley and Kenley Darby of Riverview, Florida; Papaw and Granny, Otis and Gladys Stanaford of Sarasota, Florida; aunts, Debbie Kucharsky (Jim) of Centerville, Ohio and Francie Stanaford of Knoxville, Tennessee; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
The visitation and funeral for Melissa will be private. She will be laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery in Williamsburg.
