Harold Goins, 80, of Corbin passed away Friday, December 31, 2021. He was the father of Brian Goins.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 4 in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Barbourville Cemetery.
Hart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
