KSP investigating Tuesday’s trooper involved shooting in Corbin

Kentucky State Police is actively investigating a trooper involved shooting that happened late Tuesday evening in Corbin.

Kentucky State Police Trooper Scottie Pennington, the public affairs officer at Post 11 in London, said it is still early in the investigation, but he did confirm no troopers or bystanders were injured during the incident.

No other information has been released because the incident is under active investigation.
