W’burg man involved in Jan. 15 hostage incident indicted

A Williamsburg man, who was shot by a Kentucky State Police trooper during a Jan. 15 hostage incident near Emlyn, was indicted by the Whitley County Grand Jury Monday morning on 19 charges.
