Buffy Sue Leach Perkins, age 51, of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 at North Knoxville Medical Center.
She was born November 30, 1970 in Corbin, Kentucky.
Buffy was a member of Crouches Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Buffy is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Perkins; father, Joseph “Ed” Leach; and niece, Ashley Kay.
She is survived by son, Joseph Perkins; mother, Sue Metcalf Leach; sister, Nancy Ann Rookard and husband Andy; niece, Angelina Rookard; great-niece, Sophia Dople; and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Buffy’s wishes were to be cremated.
