Barbara Jean Parks, age 65, of Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at her home.
Barbara was born on October 13, 1956 to the late Steely Paul and the late Nannie (Croley) Paul.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roger Dale Parks; brothers, Woody Paul, James Paul, David Paul; and sister, Sandra Paul.
Barbara is survived by her three children, Barbara Ann Prewitt (Johnny) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Billie Marie Powell (Joseph) of Junction City, Kentucky, and Samantha Renee Centers (Nick) of Somerset, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Rachel Ann Prewitt, John Auston Prewitt, and Emma Daelynn Centers; one great-granddaughter, Amarabelle Prewitt; and one on the way, Lydiarose Prewitt; special nephew, James Parks (Patrisha) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; three brothers, Robert Paul (Lena) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Michael Paul of Barbourville, Kentucky, and Roger Paul (Christine) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Barbara was a cook at G&E Drive-In for over 20 years.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, June 3, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at the Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Croley and Rev. Bob Caddell officiating.
She will be laid to rest in the Parks Cemetery on Sandy Flats.
