Downtown Williamsburg was full of life Saturday morning during the Cumberland Valley Cruise-In and annual Chili Cookoff, which was held at River Fog Park. A number of classic vehicles were on display along Third Street as individuals competed for chili supremacy at the park. Following a tally of the votes, Paul Douglas was named grand champion – traditional, as well as people’s choice winner. Kay Petrey took grand champion – homestyle. D-Ray the DJ was also on hand to provide music throughout the events, which led to several people busting a move, including Mayor Roddy Harrison.
