w-alice-perkins-copyAlice Marie “Allison” Perkins, 83, of Jellico passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at home.

Born April 27, 1933 in Clayton, OH, she was a devout Christian, loving mother, and homemaker.

She was a member of New Life Tabernacle Church for 23 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Delos Perkins; parents, William and Mary Allison, and sister, Flora McElroy.

Alice is survived by two sons, David E. Perkins and Carl L. Perkins and wife, Tommie Lue; six grandchildren: Terran Bauer and husband, Steven; Virginia Coffee; Jennifer Perkins; Kristen Lux and husband, Matt; Jodie Lee Brock; and Bradley Perkins and wife, Ashley; 10 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren brothers, William “Bill” Allison of Rutledge, TN; Tim Allison and wife, Martha of Marietta, GA; and Sam Allison of Ft. Myers, FL; sister, Lorranie Mason and husband, Frank of Birmingham, AL; many nieces, nephews, church family, friends, and neighbors to mourn her passing.
The funeral was held Friday, December 9 in the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Troy Cupp officiating.  Burial was held December 10, in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).

Harp Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
