Andrew Lee Caldwell, 29, of Gray, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017 in Erlanger.
Andrew is survived by his daughter, Kiara Marie Caldwell.
The funeral service was held Friday, April 7, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Humfleet officiating.
Burial was in the Fox Addition to the Calvary Cemetery.
