Anna Cox

Anna Cox, age 96, of Williamsburg, KY passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at her home. She was born May 7, 1925 in Harlan County, KY to the late Dewey and Ola Small Dossett. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ancil Arvilee Cox; a son, Garry Cox; sister, Mossie White; two brothers, J. L. White, and Pat White, Sr.
She is survived by two daughter, Ola Durham (Bob) of Williamsburg, KY ane Charolette Parks (Ted) of Williamsburg, KY; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Norma Frost of Williamsburg, KY; sister-in-law, Sara White of Williamsburg, KY; special nieces, Vanessa Vermillion Mesa (Greg) of Phoenix, AZ, and Valerie Vermillion Perkins (Lynn) of Williamsburg, K; many nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 28, at Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Caddell and Rev. Stanley Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Bryant Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM Friday, August 27, at Ellison Funeral Chapel.
