Arlie Rountree, 85, of Wickliffe, OH and formerly of Williamsburg departed this life on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland, OH.

He was born on December 1, 1931 in Williamsburg, to the late Lonnie Rountree and Annie (Moses) Rountree.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucy (Davenport) Rountree.

Arlie was a member of the Masonic Order for over 50 years.

He is survived by two daughters, Ramona Meeks (Richard) of Wickliffe, OH and Reda Grace of Painesville, OH; son, Brian Rountree of Willowick, OH; three grandchildren, Richard Meeks, Paul Meeks and Cassie Grace; two great-grandchildren, Jaxon Meeks and Christian Meeks; four sisters, Dessie Moses, Joann Moses, Shirline Byrd and Rusha Caddell, all of Williamsburg; two brothers, Glen Rountree of Williamsburg and Estil Rountree of Florida; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 17, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Moses officiating.

Following the service he was laid to rest the Moses Addition of Pleasant View Cemetery.
