Baptist Health Corbin scholarships now available

Baptist Health Corbin is offering 12 scholarships to students who are accepted into or currently enrolled in accredited programs in selected health care fields.

Students must be a resident of Knox, Laurel or Whitley counties to be eligible.

The $1,500 scholarships will be awarded in July.

“We are excited to support our local students as they pursue their healthcare education,” said Chief Medical Officer Abigail Byrnes, MD. “[I’m] looking forward to watching their growth and success and hoping to get to work alongside these futures healthcare leaders as they complete their training.”

The deadline to apply is May 31.
