Blount-Cook announce forthcoming marriage

Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Tye announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Whitney Renee Blount, to Levi Seth Cook, son of Chandlar and Debbie Cook.
Whitney is the granddaughter of Joe and Pat Blount and Earl Tye. She is the daughter of the late Randy Blount and the granddaughter of the late Robert and Patsy Wylie. Seth is the grandson of Dixie Cook and the late Jack Cook and the late Bailey and Oma Ball.
Whitney is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, with a degree in Nursing. She is employed at Baptist Regional Medical Center. Seth is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Construction Management. He is employed with gkk works Construction Services.
The wedding will take place on September 29, 2012 at Central Baptist Church in Corbin.
Formal invitations have been sent.
After the wedding, the couple will reside in Clarksville, Tennessee.
