Brutality lawsuit filed against sheriff’s department; plaintiff charged with endangerment of a police officer

A traffic stop last summer has resulted in a Williamsburg man filing a police brutality lawsuit against the arresting officer and his boss in federal court, and with the man being indicted for wanton endangerment in Whitley Circuit Court.
