Buildings impacted by downtown Williamsburg fire could be in better structural shape than originally anticipated

Buildings still standing after the Jan. 20 downtown Williamsburg blaze are structurally in a lot better shape than most people have probably envisioned.

The building owners met with the mayor and several other leaders Tuesday to determine possible next steps after the January fire.
