California fugitive had been living in Ky. as unregistered sex offender, police claim

A California sex offender, who has allegedly been living in Kentucky without registering as a sex offender, agreed to waive extradition back to the Golden State on a fugitive charge during a hearing Monday morning in Whitley District Court.
