Calvin Lee Carr, Jr., 42, of Wawaka, IN passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at his home.
He was born March 26, 1975 in Warsaw, IN.
Calvin was preceded in death by his father, Calvin Lee Carr, Sr.; grandfather, Alvin Carr.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie Griffith Carr; daughters, Hailie Carr, Alyssa Carr; mother, Roxanna Davis Carr; brother, Kevin Carr; sisters, Crystal Carr, Jessica Carr; grandmother, Pearlie Mae Gibson Carr; stepchildren, Rebecca Cloud, Thomas Cloud; step grandchild, Aria Ziegler; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
Burial was private in the Carr Cemetery (Duff, TN).
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
