James Robert Webb, age 85, of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born November 26, 1935 in Winfield, Tennessee. James made friends everywhere he went and was known affectionately to his family as “Poppy”. He modeled and taught his children and grandchildren to always “be kind”. Matthew Stepek, age 62, of Corbin passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Baptist Health in Corbin. Born in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late John and Sue Stepek of Chicago, IL. He was a retired veteran of US Army Aviation and member of Redemption Life Center in London, KY. He was stationed in Hawaii then served full time with the Florida National Guard, where he lived with his family before retiring to Corbin. During his 20 years of service, Matt served in S.
