Lyle R. Johnston, 71, of Hillsboro died Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at his home. He was born February 18, 1947 in Lakeview, MI the son of the late Lloyd and Bess Harp Johnston. Mr. Johnston had retired after thirty-one years of service with the Proctor & Gamble Company. Willard Siler, 83, of the Meadow Creek Community in Rockholds, departed this life on July 11, 2018 at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the son of W.B. (Bill) and Bessie Siler born just after midnight on January 28, 1935, his twin brother Bert was born before midnight making them twins with different birthdays.
