Alma Sharp Watkins, 96, ​left for Heaven, Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from St. Joseph's Hospital in Lexington. A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday,  April 9,  at Newcomb Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Helton officiating. Burial will be in the Douglas Cemetery in the Wooldridge Community. Robert Gene Wells, 51, of Corbin, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 8th, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Military honors will performed by the American Legion Post #88 Honor Guard on Friday during the visitation. There will be no funeral service. Freddie W. Maggard, 78, of Corbin, went home to be with the Lord on April 3rd, 2016. A celebration of his life will be held at Immanuel Baptist Church, Corbin KY at 4 p.m. on April 5th. Fannie Ellen Angeline Morgan , 104 years, 4 months, and 12 days of Whitley City, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Signature Healthcare of McCreary. Funeral services were held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 4 p.m. at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Gregory officiating. Burial followed in the Pine Knot Cemetery. Claude Bentley, Jr., 69, of Gray, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin. Russell Allen Close,  72, of Brush Arbor Road, Williamsburg,  passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday, April 6,  at the Croley Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 6,  at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester officiating. He will be laid to rest following Military Graveside Honors at the Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Kentucky. Sharon Kay (Sellers) Creekmore, 58 of Jellico TN went to be with the Lord on March 25, 2016 in Ooltewah TN. A memorial service will be held at Llewellyn Funeral Home in Jellico TN on Tuesday March 29,  5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Susan G.
