He was born July 27, 1957 in Perry County, KY, to the late Howard and Maxine Strong Hubbs. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by grandparents, Pete and Goldie Hubbs, Farish and Maranda Strong; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
