Whitley County Coroner Andy Croley has identified the victim who died after an incident at the Williamsburg Firestone Industrial Products Plant.
Croley said Jack Henson, 51, of Corbin, died from injuries he sustained while at the plant.
Henson was pronounced dead at 11:38 a.m. on Wednesday.

One person died at the Williamsburg Firestone Industrial Products Plant Wednesday morning.
“A 51-year-old male, who was operating a forklift, died due to injuries (he sustained) while working at Firestone,” said Whitley County Coroner Andy Croley.
Croley said that he is withholding the identity of the man until next of kin have been notified.
Croley said he first received the call at 11:08 a.m., and pronounced the victim deceased at 11:38 a.m.
Croley said that he won’t have an official cause and manner of death until after the autopsy, which is set to be performed Thursday morning at the Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office.

Corbin Mayor Suzie Razmus addressed the Corbin Rotary Club on Feb. 5, providing an update on recent developments and upcoming initiatives within the City of Corbin.
