He is preceded in death by his mother, Lula Creekmore; his father, William (Bill) Creekmore; and daughter, Sarah Creekmore.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Creekmore of Newcomb, TN; daughter, Amanda Boles and husband Gary of Ooltewah, TN; son, Parker Creekmore of Newcomb, TN; stepdaughter, Brittany Herrell of Jellico. TN; grandchildren, Mattie Baird and Ellee Herrell of Jellico, TN; sister, Kelly Osborne and husband Carl of LaFollette, TN; and many other family and friends to mourn his passing.
