It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Freda Pancheta Faulkner on June 19, 2025, at the Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home in Jellico, Tennessee. Born on November 2, 1945, Pancheta was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth and Charlene Stephens. Pancheta was a pillar of strength and devotion, both in her professional and personal life. She was the co-owner of Johnny Faulkner Construction Company and successfully managed several rental businesses across Tennessee. Fay Johnson Paul, born on September 2, 1936 on the family farm on Meadow Creek in Rockholds, Kentucky, entered into heaven with Jesus at the age of 88, surrounded by the love of her family. Brian is preceded in death by his father, Philip Rainbolt.
