Bonnie (Thomas) King, age 74, of Roses Creek, Tennessee departed this life for her Heavenly Home Saturday, June 7, 2025, at North Knoxville Medical Center.
She was born August 11, 1950, in Black Diamond, Clairfield, Tennessee. She was of the Baptist faith.
Bonnie is preceded in death by father, Robert “Bob” Thomas; mother, Annie “Jane” (Lowe) Thomas; husband, Lloyd King; brothers, Bruce Thomas and Clyde “Jib” Thomas.
She is survived by daughters, Louise Marlow and Joe, Daisy King and Tim Padgett; son, Johnathan King and Sarah; stepdaughter, Nora Marlow and Brad; seven grandchildren, Chelsey Taylor and Dennis, Sophia, Katie, Gavin, Alivia, James, Lisa; two great-grandchildren, McKinley and Kayden “Bub”; four step-great-grandchildren, Amelia, Braley, Cambury and Kinley; sisters, Betty Hatfield and Paul, Dorothy Terry and Ronnie; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Graveside service is 2 pm on Tuesday, June 10, in the King Family Cemetery, Roses Creek with Rev. Tommy Marlow and Rev. Ray Wood officiating.
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
