Frances Hope Collins Monroe, age 75, of Williamsburg, KY, departed this life on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born on March 27, 1949 to Everette Millard and Elizabeth Aileen Collins. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Monroe; her son, Chad Monroe; sister, Sondra Owens; sister-in-law, Pat Collins; maternal grandparents, John and Lillie Collins; and paternal grandparents, Earl and Marie Hankins. Bertha “Pat” Minton, age 72, of Corbin, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at her home. Pat was born March 2, 1952, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, to Bertha (Jones) Lindsey and James Lindsey. She grew up in Jellico, Tennessee where she met and married Tommy Minton in 1969. They had four children together, Dawn, Stephanie, Ben, and Jason.
