Waylon Brice Taylor, a light to everyone who met him, was born in London, Kentucky on March 2, 2021. Waylon fought with so much bravery and lived so gracefully through such a hard diagnosis in which he never let define his life. Elaine Perkins Lipps, age 84, of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away Thursday March 19, 2026 at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.
