Charles Eugene Cureton

Charles Eugene Cureton, age 68, of Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Baptist Health Corbin.
He was born May 6, 1955, in Toledo, Ohio.
Charles is preceded in death by his father, Glenwood Cureton; mother, Catherine (Gardner) Standifer; and grandson, Mitchel Lee Day.
He is survived by his son, Charlie Cureton; daughter, Irene Elliott; mother of his children, Tamara J. Anderson; grandchildren, Joseph Elliott and wife Kaylee, Caleb, Khole, Thomas, Brentyn, and Terrance; brothers, Glen Cureton and Brenda, Jack Cureton, Tony Kandik, Tad Standifer and wife Bonnie, Rodney George Standifer, Tunney Standifer and wife Rose; sisters, Shenna Sue Stump, Nioka Thomas, Helen Caddell and husband Charles; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7 pm on Tuesday, January 30, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Siler officiating.
