City of Williamsburg being sued by woman over impounded vehicle she wants returned

A Williamsburg woman is suing the City of Williamsburg, members of its police department, and a towing service owner for a car she is wanting back. She wants $25 per day, which is the same daily rate charged when a vehicle is impounded, for each day she was deprived of possession of the vehicle.
