Cook Out restaurant should open soon in Williamsburg

Cook Out, a restaurant franchise headquartered in North Carolina, which first bought property in Williamsburg in 2014 and a building on a different site in late 2019, is apparently finally ready to start work on a restaurant in Williamsburg, which it hopes to have open soon.
