Corbin Board of Education approves faculty, staff raises; increases sub payrates

The Corbin Board of Education is taking steps to help end the struggle of finding an adequate number of substitute teachers by increasing the daily pay for subs and creating a new payrate for retired certified teachers that are willing to return on an as-needed basis.
