Construction of a possible new hotel of Exit 25 in Corbin appears to be moving one step closer to reality.

The Corbin City Commission presented Recycling Director Roger Shelton, who is retiring at the end of the month, with a gift during Monday’s meeting, officially naming him a Corbin Colonel.
