Corbin Code Enforcement Board recommends liens to recover mowing expenses

As the City of Corbin has incurred more and more expenses mowing overgrown grass on seven properties, the code enforcement board is recommending liens be filed to ensure if/when the properties are sold, the city can recoup some of its expenses.
