Corbin firefighter suspended following his arrest on Madison County charges

A Corbin Fire Department Battalion Chief has been suspended following his arrest last month.

Kentucky State Police Trooper Josh Roaden arrested Jack Partin, 49, of Barbourville, on Sept. 24 serving him with an arrest warrant for third-degree sexual abuse and harassment (physical contact – no injury).

The sexual abuse charge involves an allegation that Partin slapped a woman on the buttocks, according to his arrest warrant.
