Corbin Police arrest man for using Gatti’s Wi-Fi to download pornography

 It wasn’t just Donkey Kong that was going on as Corbin Police say a Corbin man was using his Playstation 3 gaming console to watch pornographic videos while sitting in his car just outside of Mr. Gatti’s Pizza.

According to Public Affairs Officer Maj. Rob Jones, police were called to the restaurant off of U.S. 25E Wednesday afternoon in response to several complaints about, the man who was later identified as David Allen Jones, 43

Officers said Jones was using the gaming system and Mr. Gatti’s Wi-Fi connection to download the videos form the Internet and watching them on a 27-inch television.

When asked about the videos, David Jones admitted to K-9 Officer Coy Wilson they were pornography but said he received it via E-mail from a family member.

Jones was charged with disorderly conduct and distribution of obscene matter and taken to the Knox County Detention Center.

He was released Friday morning on a $2,500 cash bond.

Sgt. Jason Moore assisted Wilson at the scene.
