A $10,000 feasibility study for the proposed Colonel Sanders Story: A Finger Lickin’ Good musical and a $10,000 strategic plan for the Corbin Parks and Recreation Department are two things that the Corbin City Commission is hoping to get at least partially paid for thanks to a new state law.
