Curtis Wayne Hamblin, 50, of Jellico, TN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Jellico Community Hospital while being comforted by family and close friends.
He was born May 12, 1966 in Jellico, TN.
Curtis is preceded in death by his father, W.C. Hamblin; brother, Tony Edward Hamblin; sister, Chasity Dawn Hamblin; wife, Collette Ellison Hamblin.
He is survived by his mother, Juanita Hamblin Leach and husband Wayne of Bowling Green; children: Ashley Moses and husband Shannon of Williamsburg; Cody Hamblin and wife Mara of Lafollette; stepson, Bobby Buckner of Jellico; grandchildren, Mikayla, Skyler, Abbie, Amilia and Serenity; many uncles, aunts, friends and family to mourn his passing
The funeral was held Saturday January 7, in the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Troy Cupp officiating.
Burial was held Sunday, January 8, in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico is in charge of arrangements.
