Daniel Spencer Ridener, age 60, of Hemlock Subdivision, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Danny was born on February 1, 1961 in Corbin, Kentucky to the late Alda (Baker) Harp. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his step-father, Calvin Harp, a brother, Edward Weaver and first wife, Fanny Ridener. He was a truck driver by profession.

He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Jennifer (Rhodes) Ridener of Williamsburg; children, Calvin Ridener (Stephanie) of Williamsburg and Damien Rhodes of Richmond, Virginia; grandchildren, Abigail Ridener, Kaylee Ridener, both of Williamsburg; sisters, Debbie (George) Smith of Corbin, Barbara (Franklin) Keisler of Rockport, Arkansas and Alda (Wayne) Walker of Williamsburg; brother Robert Ridener (Brenda) of Enterprise, Alabama; and a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held on Sunday, December 5, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Meadors officiating.

Following the service he was laid to rest in the Steele-Harp Cemetery on Highway 26.
