Kentucky State Police Post 10 troopers and detectives are on the scene of a death investigation on Hedden Flats Road in the Woodbine community in Knox County.
At 8:18 a.m. KSP Post 10 Harlan received a call from the Knox County Sheriff’s Department requesting assistance on Hedden Flats Road, which prompted the investigation.
Trooper Shane Jacobs, with KSP Post 10, said one individual is deceased.
No arrests have been made at this time.
KSP Detective Kevin Howard is continuing the investigation.
No other information has been released at this time, but Jacobs said Post 10 will release more information as it becomes available.
