Federal lawsuit filed against several Whitley Co. officials

A Laurel County man has filed a federal lawsuit against a slew of Whitley County officials and other individuals over allegations of custodial interference and violation of constitutional rights.

Shane Parker, I, filed the lawsuit on Jan. 17 in U.S. District Court in London on behalf of himself and Krista Hunter. Parker is currently representing himself in the matter.
