Harold Glen Morgan died on December 27, 2024 peacefully at his home in Rockholds, Kentucky surrounded by his loving family.
Harold was born on May 8, 1948 to Nellie and Arthur Morgan in Mount Clemens, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Harold is survived by his two children, Tim Morgan (Jessica) of Rockholds, Kentucky and Mary (Jenny) Morgan of Rochester, Minnesota; four grandchildren, Ben (Julie) Morgan of Jellico, Tennessee; Parker Morgan, Nellie Morgan, and Gilbert Morgan of Rochester, Minnesota; his sister, Jenny (Clay) Combs; and brother, Kenny (Melanie) Morgan; his maternal aunt, Rose Wilson of Rockholds, Kentucky; and many nieces, nephews and their families.
Harold was a loving and generous father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a passionate and talented horseman. He cared deeply for his family and friends, working his entire life to make sure that they had what they needed to succeed.
Harold began his career early at the age of 20 and eventually retired from CSX Railroad, where he made many lifelong friends. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Service will be conducted at Croley Funeral Home 103 S. Second Street Williamsburg, KY on Monday December 30, at 1:00 pm with visitation Sunday, December 29, at 5:00 – 9:00 pm.
Interment will be at Slusher Memorial Cemetery.
Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
