Hills celebrate 50th anniversary

Jimmy and Betty Hill of Williamsburg celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on February 24, 2012. They will be honored at a reception at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 24.
They have one son, Ted, and wife, Amber of Beaver Dam, Ky. They have two granddaughters, Lily-Kate and Lexi.
Jimmy retired from G&H Trucking, a self-owned business. He is also a retired farmer. Betty has been working for R-TEC for 21 1/2 years. They are members of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where Jimmy is a deacon.
The couple has requested that the only gifts be the presence of family and friends.
