Jacquelyn “Jacky” (Evans) Fontana, age 76, of Newcomb, Tennessee departed this earth on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 in the loving care of her granddaughter Courtney Fontana Brown at Frakes, Kentucky.
She was born March 2, 1947, in Pineville, Kentucky.
Jacky is preceded in death by her father, Jack Evans; mother, Pauline (Partin) Evans Miller and husband Charlie; daughter, Jamie Lynn Fontana; and grandparents, Jay and Katie Partin.
She is survived by, daughter, Katy Fontana; grandchildren, Courtney and husband Samuel Brown, Gage Fontana, Lindsay Fontana Baird, Noah mays, and J.T. Fontana; great-grandchildren, Zackeri Lay, and Raelynn Brown; special friends, Jimmy Fontana, and Shirley Gibson; and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Saturday, June 24, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. E. Wayne Barton, II officiating.
Burial followed in the Fox Cemetery in Newcomb, Tennessee.
