Jef Hart, 37, of Fairfield, OH passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016.
He was born in Hamilton, OH on April 28, 1979 to Gary Hart and Evetta Detherage.
Jef was educated in the Lakota School district, attended the University of Cincinnati and was working for FMI Communications as a web developer and graphic designer.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arlis and Jessie Hart and Ann Reuter.
Jef is survived by his parents, Evetta (Dallas) Detherage, Gary (Karen) Hart; brother, Brian (Amy) Hart: sister, Amy (Steven) Vorhees; niece, Paris Vorhees; nephew, Nathan Vorhees; grandfather, Harold George; and his best friend of many years, Josh Welling.
Jef will be sadly missed by his family and friends, all of whom knew how special he was. It was very important to Jef that everyone knew how much he loved them.
Private burial services were held on Saturday, September 10, at Rose Hill Burial Park.
A Memorial and Celebration of Life party is being planned by the family and will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, 120 Wall Street 29th Floor New York, New York 10005; or Mental Health America of Northern KY and Southwest Ohio, 912 Scott Street Covington, KY 41011.
