Jerry Ray Horn

Jerry Ray Horn, 75, the husband of Linda Rawlings Horn of Radcliff, passed away on Sunday at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.

The family has requested that all services be private.

Burial followed in the A.R. Dyche Memorial Park in London.

Laurel Funeral Home was honored to be of service to the Horn Family.
